Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - keeping track of your order's status and delivery status
  • - keeping record of all your orders
  • - using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Which shipping providers do you use?

We have several shipping providers that we used to ship the orders depending on buyer's chosen shipping method:

  • For free shipping or registered mail, orders will be shipped out via either via DHL e-commerce registered mail or Janio. Please note that these shipping provider are not the same as DHL Express shipping.
  • For Express shipping method, orders will be shipped out via DHL Express shipping.
How long it will take to receive the orders?

Delivery time depends on which shipping method you choose during checkout

  • For free shipping or registered mail, delivery time takes about 2-3 weeks of delivery time.
  • For Express shipping method, delivery time takes about 3-6 working days of delivery time.
Do the watches come with its own branded boxes?

Still, it depends on buyer's chosen shipping method. The branded boxes will only be included if you choose the shipping method that comes with the box. Otherwise, the watches will be shipped out with its papers only.

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

We do offer attractive discounts under Promotion link found on the top of every pages. Only selective watches are offered at special discounts at its own accord promotion period.

How do PRE-ORDERS watches work?

For pre-order watches, we do not have these watches in our warehouse. Once we have received payment order from you, only then we will place orders from our Japan Seiko supplier. It will reach us in 1-2 weeks before we can ship it over to you. In the event if the ordered model is out of stock, we will issue you a refund instead.
